Domestic Shipping
Standard Shipping: Enjoy standard shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders. Please allow 2-3 business days. The delivery time may vary based on your location and shipping speed selection.
International Shipping
At this time, we regret to inform our valued customers that we do not offer international shipping services.
Order Tracking
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after placing the order. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track your order, simply click on the tracking number provided in the email.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Order Modifications/Cancellations
Orders from the Louviere store are shipped quickly. Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact our customer service within 3 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase.
Business Days & Holidays
Please note that all orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If you place an order after the cut-off time, it will be processed on the following business day.
