Can I Change, Modify, or Cancel My Order After I Have Placed It?

Orders placed with Louvière store are processed promptly. If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team within three hours of placing it, and we will make every effort to assist you. Kindly understand that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.

How Do I Check My Order Status?

Louvière makes it easy for everyone to check their orders. There are 2 ways for your reference:

1. After placing the order successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email, order status can be checked from the email;
2. Sign into your Louvière account and click on "My Orders", you will be able to view all your orders and the current status of each order.

We gladly accept payments by credit and debit cards. All orders are processed in U.S. dollars. When you choose to pay with a credit and credit card, your transaction will be securely handled through our trusted payment processor. Louvière does not collect or store your card numbers or personal information. For any questions regarding your transaction, please contact your card-issuing bank directly.

Shipping & Delivery

When Will My Order Ship?

Louvière ships within 2-3 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays). Order processing may take longer during promotion and festival events. We seek your understanding and patience.

Can I Change My Shipping Addres?

Louvière store orders ship quickly, so we do not allow changes to the shipping address once the order has been shipped. You can only change the address on unshipped orders by emailing info@louvierebeauty.com.

How Can I Track My Package?

Once the package has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification email that includes your tracking number. To check the status of your package, click the "Track Shipment" button and it will redirect you to the shipping vendor's website. This feature allows you to track your package using the tracking code provided in the email. (Please check your spam folder if you cannot find it in your email).

Yes! Louvière Lip Dew is completely vegan and cruelty free. We proudly do not test on animals, are organically sourced and made in California.

What is the Shelf Life of Your Lip Balm?

The shelf life of our lip balm is 24 months. To ensure the best quality and freshness once you have opened your Lip Dew, we recommend using it within 6 months.
